Platform fees: 0.25% service charge a year plus fund charge 0.14%–0.31% (four investment pathway funds; Personal Pension drawdown, not a full SIPP)

Who holds your pension

Eligible claims may be covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). If a SIPP operator or investment firm fails, the limit is £85,000 per person per firm; a pension provided by an insurer is normally covered in full. FSCS pension protection

L&G 2025 results and a £1.2 billion share buyback

Legal & General’s 11 March 2026 newsroom release reported 9% core earnings-per-share growth for 2025 and said it would begin a £1.2 billion share buyback — described as the largest in its history — alongside a full-year dividend of 21.79 pence.
