NatWest completes its £2.7bn acquisition of Evelyn Partners

NatWest Group announced that the acquisition of Evelyn Partners, owner of the Bestinvest platform, completed on 30 June 2026 for a £2.7 billion enterprise value. The release said Evelyn Partners had £69 billion of assets under management and administration at the end of 2025.
